Providers manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and high cholesterol, while also addressing minor illnesses like infections, rashes, and colds. Comprehensive care extends to women’s and men’s general health, health education, and counseling. When advanced care is needed, referrals to specialists are coordinated to ensure seamless continuity.

Preventive focus drives regular visits, emphasizing early detection and lifestyle management. Laboratory and Testing

Mission Health Group’s on-site CLIA-certified laboratory allows providers to order and review tests during the same visit. Common studies include blood glucose, cholesterol, thyroid, and metabolic panels, as well as complete blood counts, urinalysis, and rapid infection tests for flu, strep, and COVID-19. Results are typically available within hours, allowing for faster and more accurate diagnosis and follow-up care.

Appointments and Visits

Primary care visits are conducted by appointment. New patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and review medical history. Follow-up visits are scheduled as recommended by the provider for continued management or prescription renewals.

Cost and Payment

Mission Health Group offers clear self-pay pricing for patients without insurance and will begin accepting insurance once credentialing is finalized. A Good Faith Estimate is available before any service. Routine visits are approximately $125. Annual physicals with labs range from $150 to $200, depending on tests performed. Vaccinations are typically $25 to $50 each.

Staff and Oversight

All care is delivered by licensed physicians and nurse practitioners, supported by trained medical assistants. Clinical supervision ensures compliance with current standards of care and patient safety. The clinic also provides a structured training environment for externship students in medical assisting and phlebotomy.
